This would be great to use on steamed vegetable and brown rice, or use as cheese substitute, or even salad dressing. You would not know you are eating TOFU. It is so good.
3/4 cup of almond oil or safflower oil
3/4 cup of water
1/4 cup Bragg Liquid Aminos
1/8 cup brewer's yeast flakes
1/4 tsp. kelp powder
1/4 tsp Spike seasoning
1/4 tsp basil
1/8 granulated garlic
1 1/2 tsp lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp Tamari Sauce
(or soy sauce)
1 package firm tofu, rinsed well (16 oz)Add to blender, blend until creamy and smooth.
Serve on top of brown rice with your favorite vegetables (steamed) and beans. Or use as salad dressing or cheese substitute.
