lemon juice extracted from 1/2 fresh lemon
1/3 cup water
1 tsp honey
Mix all material and heat up to warmer than body temperature (Do not
boiling), serve warm.

chicken soup for woman
2 tomato
1/2 cup chicken breast
1 tea spoon safflower
garlic
cut 1 tomato into 6
pieces;
blend 1 tomato into juice;
cut chicken into small pieces; put to stock pan, add 3 cups of water,
bring to boil; add tomato pieces and juice and safflower; cook until chicken
is tender, add 1/2 cup of your choice of vegetable, season lightly

The recipe makes about 2 cups. If
you are on my stretch marks removal remedy or cellulite removal remedy,
please eat this at least 1 cup a week. (the sauce can be frozen for
later use)
This would be great to use on steamed
vegetable and brown rice, or use as cheese substitute, or even salad
dressing. You would not know you are eating TOFU. It is so good.
3/4 cup of almond oil or safflower
oil
3/4 cup of water
1/4 cup Bragg Liquid Aminos
1/8 cup brewer's yeast flakes
1/4 tsp. kelp powder
1/4 tsp Spike seasoning
1/4 tsp basil
1/8 granulated garlic
1 1/2 tsp lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp Tamari Sauce
(or soy sauce)
1 package firm tofu, rinsed well (16 oz)
Add to blender, blend until creamy
and smooth.
